Gen 9:15 And I will remember my covenant, which is between me and you and every living creature of all flesh; and the waters shall no more become a flood to destroy all flesh.
Heb 8:12 For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more.

These are but two of the 148 times the word remember is found in the Bible. This is a day in our nation to remember. We stop to remember those who have died in service to our nation both in wartime as well as peacetime. We also will remember family and friends who have passed from this world into eternity. Take time to remember today as well as take time to give thanks to the Lord Jesus Christ. His was the greatest sacrifice, His the sacrifice that was needed the most. Take time to remember and give Christ thanks as well.
