Ps 48:1-5 Great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised in the city of our God, in the mountain of his holiness.
2 Beautiful for situation, the joy of the whole earth, is mount Zion, on the sides of the north, the city of the great King.
3 God is known in her palaces for a refuge.
4 For, lo, the kings were assembled, they passed by together.
5 They saw it, and so they marvelled; they were troubled, and hasted away.

Have you ever wondered why so many unbelievers are so troubled by God? That is the way I want to apply verse five this morning, people troubled by God. Stand for life and the liberal is upset, stand for Biblical marriage and the liberal is upset, stand for anything the Bible stands for and the liberal is upset. This has gotten to the point today that you don’t even have to stand up for Biblical values, if one does not accept the liberal agenda they get upset. Why? People trying to run from God, to get away from God because of the sin they love to live in. If they can just get rid of the Bible, get rid of the Christian, then they can pretend they have no sin. But pretend as much as they like they will still one day give an account before God and then face a terrible judgment. Don’t be discouraged when unbelief tries to silence you, mocks you, their sin is troubling them.
