Lam 3:22-24 It is of the Lord’s mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not.
23 They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness.
24 The Lord is my portion, saith my soul; therefore will I hope in him.

I think of these verses often, especially when I need to be refreshed. There is a tab on the PC, a refresh tab, press it and the PC seems to be rejuvenated, things become new. We have this in the Lord, we can be rejuvenated every morning, God’s mercies are brand new every day. What will I face today, what strength will I need? I can’t answer those questions at this hour in the morning, but I know God has brand new mercies to get me through what lies ahead. I know my God will not fail me, my God will not leave me alone to face the day, not tomorrow, not ever. I get to open something new today and that is going to carry me through this day. I pray your hope is in the Lord as well.
