Ps 133
Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!
2 It is like the precious ointment upon the head, that ran down upon the beard, even Aaron’s beard: that went down to the skirts of his garments;
3 As the dew of Hermon, and as the dew that descended upon the mountains of Zion: for there the Lord commanded the blessing, even life for evermore.

There is something sweet about good Christian fellowship, about being in unity with those of like precious faith. Note that the Bible says it is like “Precious ointment.” Why is it then that so few Christians seem to crave this fellowship? We see them come to church, which is a very good thing, they seem to be spiritual, they seem to love Jesus, but they never seem to want that fellowship? I believe that is of Satan. Satan wants nothing more than to divide God’s people, to isolate them, to keep them apart. The reason for that is simple, there is strength in numbers. If Satan can get us alone it is much easier for him to get us to fall. Remember that dear Christian the next time you have opportunity to fellowship with the brethren, it is a good thing.
