Gen 39:10-12
10 And it came to pass, as she spake to Joseph day by day, that he hearkened not unto her, to lie by her, or to be with her.
11 And it came to pass about this time, that Joseph went into the house to do his business; and there was none of the men of the house there within.
12 And she caught him by his garment, saying, Lie with me: and he left his garment in her hand, and fled, and got him out.

How many times are we faced with temptation on a daily basis? Far too many to count. How many times do we react as Joseph and flee from it? Far too few in most cases. Joseph was in a battle, one he faced everyday as he served in his master’s home. What would he do, would he become worn down, would he give in? Joseph ran from temptation, he ran from sin, and Joseph remained true to His God. What if we ran from temptation when it was set before us? Instead of continue to watch it on the TV, or the smart phone, or the PC, what if we ran from temptation? What if we ran to God? What if we fled to His Word, went to our prayer closet, what if when tempted we ran to God? Do you think this would make a difference in your life? Today, when tempted, instead of continuing where you are, run to God.
