Daily Devotions

Matt 18:19-20 Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven.
20 For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.

What a blessing it is in this world when one is able to stand in agreement with those of like precious faith. The psalmist knew that joy. (Ps 42:4 When I remember these things, I pour out my soul in me: for I had gone with the multitude, I went with them to the house of God, with the voice of joy and praise, with a multitude that kept holyday.) David knew that joy. (Ps 55:14 We took sweet counsel together, and walked unto the house of God in company.) We can know that joy as well when we gather to worship and praise our Lord and Savior in the house of God. So many today choose to cut themselves off from that joy promised them in the Bible by neglecting the church house. One will not hear a life changing message each time them enter those doors, but they will hear something from the Bible and they will be standing in the presence of the Lord.
That is the promise of God and it is a promise that will being joy and gladness to the child of God. What will you be doing Wednesday evening, Sunday morning and evening? Choose to stand in the presence of the Lord. Find that Bible believing, King James Church and choose to receive a blessing.
