Rev 19:1-5 And after these things I heard a great voice of much people in heaven, saying, Alleluia; Salvation, and glory, and honour, and power, unto the Lord our God:
2 For true and righteous are his judgments: for he hath judged the great whore, which did corrupt the earth with her fornication, and hath avenged the blood of his servants at her hand.
3 And again they said, Alleluia. And her smoke rose up for ever and ever.
4 And the four and twenty elders and the four beasts fell down and worshipped God that sat on the throne, saying, Amen; Alleluia.
5 And a voice came out of the throne, saying, Praise our God, all ye his servants, and ye that fear him, both small and great.

Yesterday we made note of God being our God. Today we see the last places that phrase is used in the Bible and I want to leave you with just one thought here. Our God will one day receive the glory due His name and we as Christians will be there with Him. Revelation 19 records the Marriage Supper of the Lamb, the time when we as believers in Christ are joined formally with Jesus Christ in heaven after our judgment for works. It will be a time when we stand with our God and we will be praising Him as it says in verse 5 above. What is a great blessing to me is that all the trials and troubles of this life will be over, all that is of this world will be past, and we will be with Jesus for all eternity. At this point Romans 8 will be completely fulfilled and like the song writer we will know it “Will be worth it all.” How fat away is that day? None of us know because of two hidden things, the day of the rapture of the church and the day of our death. These are two unknowns so we had be ready for the day we stand before Christ today. I talked with a lady just yesterday, made plans to go back and see her again, but that will never happen because she stepped into eternity last evening. Be ready my friend for we never know when that day will be.
